Rates
Intake Session:      $135   90 mins
Individual Session:   $90   50 mins
Conjoint Session:   $110   50 mins

Insurance
While I am an approved provider for several insurance plans, currently my practice has openings only for private pay clients.  If you wish to be reimbursed by your insurance plan, I would be happy to provide you with a billing statement that includes the proper coding information.  You may first want to discuss this with your plan's Member Services Department.  Please let me know if billing questions arise.

If you need to miss a scheduled appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.   I appreciate your consideration in this regard, as early notice may allow me to schedule another client in your time slot.
